Florida Fin Fest is back in Jacksonville Beach this weekend, bringing ocean conservation, education, and live music together at the Seawalk Pavilion on September 11 and 12.
The free two-day festival is designed to make learning about ocean conservation interactive and fun. Visitors can explore the Education Village, which includes underwater virtual reality experiences, touch tanks presented by Jacksonville University, interactive exhibits, and opportunities to learn directly from scientists and conservationists. Panels throughout the festival also explore issues affecting our oceans and coastal communities.
Fin Fest also brings together organizations and businesses focused on sustainability while featuring live music throughout the weekend. This year’s performers include Andy Frasco & The U.N., Magic City Hippies, Future Joy, and more.
